How long does it take to build and ship a PC?For Pro Prebuilds and Custom build requests, please allow 5–10 business days for hand-building, testing, and quality checks. Each system is thoroughly stress-tested before shipping. For Pro Weekly Builds listed on our website, those are already assembled and tested—so they’ll ship out within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your PC is on the way.

Are your PCs tested before shipping?Yes, every PC undergoes a full hardware diagnostic and stress test to ensure top-tier performance and reliability before shipping.

My PC won’t turn on. What should I do?Is the power cable securely connected? Make sure the power cable is firmly plugged into both the back of the PC and the wall outlet or surge protector. Try a different outlet to rule out a power issue. Is the power supply switch on? Look for the switch on the back of the power supply (near the power cable). It should be in the “|” (on) position—not “O”. Is the monitor connected to the right port? If your PC powers on but there’s no display, make sure your monitor is plugged into the graphics card, not the motherboard (especially if your CPU doesn’t have integrated graphics). Did anything come loose during shipping? Sometimes, internal cables or RAM can shift slightly in transit. Open the case (carefully) and press down gently (towards the motherboard) on the RAM, GPU, and power cables to make sure everything is seated properly.
