Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
All payments must be received in full before we begin processing or shipping your order.
Order Processing

Custom Build Orders & Pro Prebuilds : Please allow 5–10 business days for assembly, testing, and preparation.

In-Stock Pro Weekly Builds: Ship within 1–3 business days of cleared payment.
All orders are tested before shipment to ensure quality and functionality.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your PC has shipped.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy for hardware-related issues. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and free from damage or modification.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the issue is confirmed to be on our end.
