Shipping Policy
Processing Time
For custom build requests and Pro Prebuilts, please allow 5–10 business days for assembly, testing, and quality checks before shipping. Each PC is built by hand and thoroughly tested to ensure top-tier performance and reliability.
For in-stock Pro Weekly Drop PCs listed on our website, we typically ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your PC ships.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery time is typically 2–5 business days after your PC is shipped.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the box and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help.probuildpc@gmail.com.
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or offer a refund.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding internationally in the future.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your PC to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your PC must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, please ship the PC back using the original packaging materials and foam inserts to prevent damage in transit. For any questions, contact us at help.probuildpc@gmail.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your PC upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.
Buyers are responsible for any damage caused during the return shipment due to improper packaging. A deduction from the refund may apply depending on the condition of the returned unit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the PC you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the system you want.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
